[問題] Gmarket 訂單問題已回收
平圴一個月會在G市買一次,
這次碰到一個難解的問題,
希望能有好心大大可以為我解答,
已經透過信用卡結帳完成,(流程和之前都一樣,商品一般十天左右就會收到
因為這次等的有點久就去查了一下狀態,
到Overseas Order 查詢訂單狀態,
Domestic Delivery Status 一直顯示On Pre-Request,
有先上網查詢一些文章,但是還是看不出所以然,
所以我就先寄信給G市的客服,
回覆大致如下:
As for your on-line purchase,
we'd like to inform you that delivery is not available
at the moment as we cannot confirm if it is your card.
We don't have any way to confirm it here
as long as it's an undomesticated card, unfortunately.
On this reason, we kindly ask you to send us a photo of your ID card,
credit card which shows 16 digit card number and the expired date.
The name on credit card should be the same as the one on ID card.
And after checking necessary date for increasing payment ceiling on Gmarket,
your email will be deleted right away.
Please kindly get back to us with the photos
and contact us to global@corp.gmarket.co.kr (without. at the end)
or leave the link of the picture here
then we can do any reasonable process for you.
Please let us know when you send the photo.

但是個人十分害怕信用卡及id寄過出的風險,
所以我就取消了此次的訂單,
重新再訂了一筆,不過這次是用palpay付款,
結果= =
Domestic Delivery Status 一樣出現On Pre-Request
