[情報] 第8屆Basenotes Fagrance Awards
basenotes 是我常逛的國外網站之一，因為該網站的香水心得很多，
所以他們辦的香水大賞應該算是有指標性吧(就外國人而言...東方人我就不知了...)
我比較有興趣的是:
Best niche, independent, artisanal or boutique fragrance("高貴"冷門香XD)和
Best Fragrance or Beauty Blog 的入圍者~
先說一下，這次的香水大賞是去年年底由該網站的網友選出來的，
因此香水都是2007年以前出的。
