[問題] 新手受傷停練期該繼續增重嗎?
小弟健身約兩個月新手無奈本身素質差(膝蓋不好) 臥推又傷到肩 (滑液囊炎)目前剛
打完類固醇休息停練中
想請問此期間是否該持續增重目前168 57

週末量inbody體脂居然高達19.3%,怕沒練繼續增重會都胖肚子
