[問題] 女生減脂方式
小弟我姐想變瘦。看我練了一年稍微有成果 他也很心動。
我是照館長方式練肌肥大。順便有瘦到一點身。館長說男女練的方式一樣。
但我有個疑問是我姐目標跟我不太一樣,我是肌肥大但他是想減脂。如果女生是這目標,
是要用肌肥大還是肌耐力還是爆發力之類的目標去練?
順帶一提,我覺得他屁股方面肥得很嚴重,要做哪些動作比較有效?
