[問題] 重訓新手
各位前輩大家好
上週買了兩支迪卡儂10kg組合啞鈴
想根據這個網站上的菜單在家自行鍛鍊

有幾個問題想請教
1.菜單裡有幾個動作需要槓鈴或需要額外器材的,請問有單純用啞鈴就能取代的動作嗎?
2.因為肌力不足所以先用最輕的4kg來做,每組15下,做兩組就沒力,請問我要降低每組
次數做比較多組,還是維持原本那樣呢?
以上兩個問題,再麻煩大家幫忙了,感謝
