[問題] 臥推下來的位置
小弟弱弱的問一下
因為我的臥推很弱,所以一直有在找方法提升臥推
我體重90kg但只能臥推50kg.4下
爬了一些影片都有提到彎槓與下到胸的位置很重要
彎槓就是可以收闊背
下的胸的位置要在乳頭上
但我實際操作確發現要一邊彎槓一邊控制下來的位置剛好壓在乳頭上,這樣前肩會有被拉開的感覺,不是很舒服甚至有點痛。
但如果是下到乳頭下方約5cm的地方就好很多
幾乎感受不到前肩在出力。
這樣是不是代表我的活動度不夠?
另外有什麼輔助訓練能增進臥推表現?
還請各位巨巨指導
