[心得] 肩膀矯正案例分享
前幾天我糾壺鈴女孩練舉重
剛好他肩膀不太舒服
就寫了這篇跟大家分享
個案的主訴是右肩緊繃、負重過頭動作不太穩定
用球按摩效果不理想
外觀看起來肩膀些微內旋

胸椎放鬆完之後用NKT檢測動作控制問題
檢測結果發現
胸小肌、胸鎖乳突肌抑制下斜方肌
左側腹內斜肌抑制右側前鉅肌
觸診時發現除了胸小肌外
其他深前手臂線的肌肉張力也偏高

所以就從手掌往胸廓方向做放鬆
其他再根據NKT檢測結果做配對的放鬆/訓練
當下就表示肩膀鬆開了

外觀上原本內旋的肩膀也歸位了

矯正後上半身旋轉的角度
幾天後深蹲4RM的重量也從預估的80KG增加到85KG
看來肩帶部分搞定了對深蹲還是有幫助的~
總結一下
1.手臂、肩關節有問題時先評估頸椎、胸椎
2.疼痛或緊繃的部分常常只是結果,找到失能的地方加以處理才能治本
3.失能問題處理完後,動作控制的訓練對效果維持很有幫助
4.深蹲是全身性運動,上半身的控制也會影響動作品質
