[問題] 筋膜放鬆器材選擇 滾筒or狼牙棒?
一年前因為被老舊的Leg Press機器壓到(放下時沒卡到)
導致下背受傷一直沒有完全恢復
最近又去看復健科
我向醫生解釋: 我已經不會疼痛了,但是感覺下背肌肉已經失去韌性,
每次從彎腰的動作要回到正常姿勢時,就會感到無力與疼痛
他說可以用滾筒或是狼牙棒推下背的筋膜,讓下背肌肉、筋膜放鬆
他要我回家自己買器材與書籍研究
上網爬了一下器材有
1. 滾筒 TRIGGER POINT The GRID Foam Roller 短/長
2. 硬滾筒 TRIGGER POINT The Grid X 短
3. 狼牙棒 RumbleRoller ORIGINAL 短/長
4. 硬狼牙棒 RumbleRoller XFIRM 短/長
之前的文章有人說狼牙棒不適合推肉量少的部位(我的下背沒什麼肉量)
但是又有人說滾筒滾久了會無感
請問大家覺得哪項器材以及哪個長度適合用來滾下背?
