[問題] 簡單訓練都會拉肚子...
小弟最近每天大概晚上9-10點,已經吃完晚餐兩三小時的時間,會先做棒式1分30秒,休息一下之後再分次休息做伏地挺身共30下,但每次做完隔天都會拉肚子,有試過停運動兩天就恢復正常了,我真的很想健身可是卻會拉肚子,還請各位幫忙謝謝
