[問題] 深蹲後加上目標重訓
各位巨巨大家好
深蹲可以促進睪固酮的分泌,所以想請教各位的是,如果在每日訓練前先蹲個五組12~15
下,在去進行重訓,是否效果可以更好?
這樣菜單可以變成:深蹲+胸,深蹲+背,深蹲+肩,深蹲+手。
不知各位巨巨覺得此法可不可行?

不好意思沒把意思表達清楚,但就像樓上大大說的,把深蹲當成熱身,不做到力竭,這樣
