[問題] 臥推時背肌會酸
各位巨巨大家好,
小弟從退伍到現在健身大約四個月,一週六天,採背腿胸雙循環。四個月下來,進步許多
。
然而最近發現在進行胸推等訓練時,背肌會酸痛,導致訓練品質受到影響,小弟個人推測
為:
在進行完背部訓練的隔天,在硬舉的項目,因為背部要收緊,使得背部沒有受到良好的休
息。而進行胸推等運動時,因為背肌屬於拮抗?!也會參與到。所以才會有這個問題。
不知到巨巨們有沒有什麼良好的解決辦法?小弟訓練完,都會回家用滾筒滾一滾,睡眠也
都有到8個小時。
附上小弟目前訓練重量:
滑輪下拉:46kg
槓鈴划船: 52.5kg
羅馬尼亞硬舉: 62.5kg
史密斯胸推: 60kg(不太確定實際多少,槓片一邊放20公斤)
小弟171公分65公斤體脂16
