各位巨巨大家好
內有傷眼照請見諒
由於平常很容易嘴饞
現在飲食又低碳循環
市售蛋白棒碳水化合物快20g
而且也不便宜
就想說來自己做
雖然做得亂七八糟 請高手鞭小力
內容是參考網路蛋白霜餅食譜
材料:
全蛋*3
ON Isolate chocolate:1 scoop
Muscletech phase8 milk chocolate:1 scoop
步驟:
1.先把蛋黃蛋白分開
2.將蛋白打發(鍋子倒過來不會掉下來)
3.分次加入乳清粉混勻
4.加入蛋黃打勻

5.適當大小放至烘焙紙上

沒用擠花嘴,太懶得慢慢挖

6.烤箱預熱100度
7.上下火120度烤80分鐘

心得:
口感吃起來很像蛋捲
賣相不好就是了
這次感覺不錯吃之後再來鑽研如何美化形狀

我是覺得太熱可能蛋白質變性
重要影響應該是BV,影響吸收速率
我只是嘴饞想吃東西
平常嘴饞吃蛋也滿膩的哈哈
只是在不攝取太多碳水的情況下解饞哈哈哈
