[討論] 減脂方法討論,有氧還是間歇斷食16/8?

各位巨巨
小弟跟兩個健身房同好比賽減脂,週期兩個月
一人拿五千出來,冠軍全拿
我們都是練6休1
請問一下,何種減脂方式最能成功(皆吃原型食物且蛋白質2倍體重)
1. 正常練後,再加30分鐘-1hr 腳踏車每天
2. 16/8,每天進食時間 12-8點,晚上7點練 ,練中乳清
(不考慮生銅,我們沒人想喝油)

還有個小問題,如果斷食 16/8 早上沒吃
這樣上班會不會影響到? 沒精神血糖低,想睡?
