[問題] 深蹲起來後頭會有點暈正常還是努責
版上巨巨好,虛心求教
我知道深蹲前吸一大口氣,護住核心後下蹲過程保持腹部張力
但是我每次起來後都會覺得暈暈的,是還沒有暈到會昏倒的程度
但感覺過程中一直想著要維持腹部張力就會讓自己頭暈
到底要怎麼判斷是努責還是我呼吸方式不正確?
還是說會暈就是努責?只要暈暈的就覺得做個6-8下就會沒力了
剛如何改善這種頭暈的感覺?謝謝
