[問題] 關於以健身增加體重
小弟我以前是174/47的竹竿一支
屬於永遠吃不胖的體質
徒手健身1年半後變成174/54
雖然有增加但是仍然是支竹竿啊啊啊
之後再練一年,變成174/55
一年只長一公斤啊啊啊
然後就完全停在55公斤了
不管怎麼練都沒增加體重
雖然肌肉線條明顯,胸肌也能跳
力氣也明顯大於生活周遭的人
但是整體看起來還是一支瘦竹竿阿
是我練的不夠嗎,還是已經到了難以增重的階段了
想請問以瘦瘦身材起手的大大們最多能練到幾公斤呢?
