[哀號] 天天運動,一吃肥回?

體重:66
BMI:23
體脂肪:沒有量過
減肥一個半月(貌似快2個月),從原本的70瘦到66,好像也過了停滯期(68~66那一段),每天晚上慢跑30分鐘,或快走40分鐘,我也沒量說到底跑多快,只是就把自己操得滿身汗,全身舒暢的回家洗澡,昨天母親節,平常很控制的我就大方開吃了!!!但是!從昨晚到現在就腫到68!(T^T)剛剛去晨跑,回來量也沒變,啊阿~我的66一去不複返~~
補一下我平常吃的
早餐:豆漿+傳統飯糰
午餐:豆漿+茶葉蛋 or正常量的一半(ex:半個便當)
晚餐:青菜or水果or豆漿or牛奶
ps。豆漿都喝無糖的
其實我有算過,大約都可以吃到1000卡以上,晚餐少是本身自己就不喜歡晚上吃太飽,因為我還是學生要準備考試,吃太飽整個想睡 = =
都這樣維持一段時間了,怎麼吃一下就胖了?
還有,想問大家,慢跑的時候,一定要連續不斷的跑完30~40分鐘嗎?如果沒有會不會無法燃燒熱量?
這幾天感冒了,跑一下就喘得要死,又鼻塞,咬牙跑了30分鐘差點窒息= =
