[問題] 體脂肪不減少反而增加...
我實行減少體脂肪的計畫一陣子了
每天早餐吃一份鮪魚蛋餅
中餐吃自助餐,避免吃油炸的食物
晚餐則喝豆漿跟一盒豆腐及一顆水煮蛋
1~5每天都跑4000公尺
可是最近去量體脂肪居然增加了T.T
體重雖然有減少,但是我想剪的是體脂肪阿~"~
請問各位達人,是哪裡出了問題嗎
