[問題] 快走/慢跑的順序
假設運動總時間為40分鐘,慢跑以及快走皆為20分鐘
請問慢跑以及快走的時間如何分配以及順序,才能達到最大的消耗脂肪/熱量數
我個人習慣是..先快走->慢跑->快走->慢跑
但消耗脂肪似乎是運動後20分鐘才開始,
是否應該把較會消耗脂肪的運動放在20分鐘後(加速折舊)
另外...一週運動120分鐘
分3次(每次40分鐘) & 2次(每次1小時)
哪一個較能消耗脂肪呢
我的感覺應該是分2次,2次的20分鐘後的部份較3次來得多
請問我的推論正確嗎...
