[問題] 跑步(慢跑)練壯小腿??
我想請問的是
目前想靠一般
人行道公園跑步來當做規律的運動
可是這樣一來
是不是就很有可能跑出蘿蔔腿??
或是讓原本更壯的腿更粗呢?
和跑步姿勢有關係嗎? 跑完後立刻做按摩及拉筋 可以減少以上可能性發生嗎??
