[問題] 減肥是不是一定要靠有氧?
前陣子受到朋友刺激 決心開始減肥
不過我都是靠東西吃少一點 不喝有糖飲料 不吃太油的東西
慢慢瘦下來 大概瘦了快2KG 但現在體重已經掉不下去了 >"<
才想到說事不是一定得靠有氧運動....
但我實在是很懶得動....
大家都怎麼改善這狀況啊

樓上兩位太猛了... 正常吃+運動有效嗎 很怕突然又胖回去 這樣我可能會崩潰....
