[閒聊] 怎樣克服嘴饞...
我吃飯有個習慣...
總喜歡在飯後 吃一下甜點(有甜味 又能增加飽足感的東西)...
舉凡甜餅乾 甜麵包 甜飲料 只要是甜的東西什麼都好...
雖然目前正在力行飲食控制...
不過 飯後不能吃想吃的甜點 心情就覺得好難過...
對我來說 我可以吃不飽 但不能不吃甜食...
我知道有零卡的可樂 但我並不喜歡喝汽水...
況且市面上又沒有低卡的甜餅乾 甜麵包...
像我這種症頭 有沒有讓我既可以開心吃甜食 又可以做好飲食控制的方法啊??
請大家救救我 我可不想讓我的飲食控制計畫破功啊!!!
