[哀號] 世界上最遠的距離...
我老公曾經說了一句非常有智慧的話
:擋在減肥跟你之間的是你的那張嘴
沒錯,我就是超級愛吃!
我的基本代謝算了應該是1300-1350,
每天一大早我就到健身房做運動,橢圓機+腳踏車
都採用高阻力型的...心跳常常超過150...(我女性, 31歲...)
每天最少燒掉300 cal以上...(我天天運動)
然後回家還是會做腳踏車運動...或是肌力運動(扶地挺身,蛙跳)
就這樣將近一個月...結果我昨天量體重,竟然增加了三磅!
我的體脂率是23%...
大概是因為昨天很灰心,所以今天竟然吃了超過基代1000卡(想說要不然就這樣放棄吧)
請版上的人分享一下是怎樣幫自己加油的!
