[問題] 如果停掉運動怎麼辦@@
嗨大家好 我有個小問題一直困擾著我@@
我一直都有保持大約一星期三次的運動習慣
但是我暑假要去美國一個半月 就可能會停掉本來的運動習慣
再加上美國食物都很容易熱量破表
我超怕回來就肥一圈的@@
不知道大家有沒有什麼好建議呢?
還是就讓他胖也沒關係>__<
