[問題] 麵包的營養素成分分配比率
雖說大家都建議減肥時不要吃麵包或是餅乾等零嘴,如果撇開食物的營養素等不談,
單就脂肪的含量這點來說的話,如果那些零嘴的脂肪熱量來源,不超過那個東西總熱量的
20~30%是不是就不算是太油的食物?或是其實就一般人(沒有在減肥者)來說,那並不算太
差的食物?
會這樣覺得是因為衛生署建議每人一天從脂肪攝取的熱量應控制在總熱量的20~30%。
另外想要請教板娘,有時候在板娘的回文裡會看到體重X公斤相對應的體脂率,請問那是怎
麼得知的呢?是有量表可以查看嗎?
