[問題] 關於小腿
爬文有看到有些版友 將圖PO上來給大家看看
有人則是可以利用陰影 來判斷是肌肉@@ 還是脂肪過多...
請問如果我沒PO圖給大家看 我該怎麼自己判斷呢?
如果是脂肪 該怎麼瘦(運動會長肌肉吧?) 我現在是每天按壓 睡覺穿QTTO
可是昨天用刮砂棒 刮了小腿 感覺..腫了起來..這樣到底是好還不好阿?
這樣刺激、按壓 小腿 會不會有什麼傷害
另外 抬腿是有什麼幫助?
那如果是肌肉(因為覺得是換工作每天走路時間有增加 開始覺得小腿肌明顯)
(以前腿算不難看)
肌肉有什麼辦法消除嗎?
最近真的很困擾 爬文也抓不到重點
希望大家可以分享討論 畢竟 腿也是女人的生命之ㄧ阿~"~
