[討論] 女生使用啞鈴
因為驚覺體脂肪太高 基礎代謝太低
所以現在開始有氧搭配些重訓
本來爬文 有一個女生說他拿兩公斤的啞鈴
我想說我力氣也不小 應該也可以
可是因為家裡沒有啞鈴 我就先拿裝滿水是一公斤的寶特瓶先試試看
什麼!!!!!!!!
