[問題] 我的體脂這樣降,會不會太慢呢?
減肥約三個月,相關數字如下:
2010/7/4 體重82.6kg, 體脂率43.0%, 換算肌肉重量47.1kg, 脂肪重量35.5kg
2010/8/3 體重77.4kg, 體脂率33.5%, 換算肌肉重量51.5kg, 脂肪重量25.9kg
2010/9/19 體重71.8kg, 體脂率31.5%, 換算肌肉重量49.2kg, 脂肪重量22.6kg
2010/9/23 體重70.6kg, 體脂率31.0%, 換算肌肉重量48.7kg, 脂肪重量21.9kg
看起來脂肪重量一直在減,可是相對的肌肉重量也一直減。
我想請問這樣是正常的嗎?體脂率是不是降得太慢了?
我目前的運動都是快走+X-Bike,本想降到65kg左右再開始慢跑,
怕體重太重傷膝蓋,畢竟以後人生還很長,不想搞壞膝蓋以後老了沒辦法散步。
請教高手的意見。
