[問題] 那個來前後消水腫
體質很容易在那個來時候身體腿部都腫起來
有時候會重2-3kg 然後消的很慢
我大部分會每天抬腿,捏捏掐掐
但是真的每次都要忍四五天到結束後才會慢慢消腫
真羨慕有人都不太會身體腫的
有沒有辦法讓大腿跟腰部不要這麼腫的呢?
