[建議] 不要用不吃醣類(澱粉)減肥法
最近上食品營養概論有教
完全不攝取醣類會使脂肪無法有效產生能量
形成酮類釋放到血液中,造成酮中毒
呼吸會有酮味,嚴重會昏迷
還是要適量攝取醣類才行(可以少吃)
而且少吃精製的白飯,多吃粗製的糙米才是正確的 :)
