[問題] 小腿肌
如提
因為爬了板上的文
所以還是決定去跑步+快走
(快走居多~因為膝蓋不好)
我也每天都有乖乖拉筋
(大小腿都有認真拉筋!!)
睡前也有靠牆抬腿
可是.....
我的小腿卻變得更粗了(淚崩)
(真的有崩潰的fu...)
以前睡醒來還會因為消水腫
讓腿的線條變好看一下
可是我才跑步沒一週....
現在醒來就跟水腫一樣粗(大哭)
只是變成壯的.....
我現在連小腿是放鬆的狀態
捏起來都很硬....
最慘的是胸部還變的更小了(我要崩潰到死了....)
請問...是因為我按摩不夠嗎?
還是拉筋的方法錯了?!
我都有拉30秒以上耶QQ
我一直在想我還要持續嗎?
可我怕持續下去
小腿激更加發達
我看我都要自卑到自殺了吧 TAT
