[問題] 早中晚吃的東西
我想要請問一下
如果我的早上吃的是"桂格大燕麥片少許+桂格抹茶口味"
泡成一個小馬克杯這樣喝
中餐比較正常吃青菜+少許的肉或一點點的湯
晚餐的話吃蘋果+奇異果或是改成鳳梨+蘋果或是無糖豆漿
這樣要讓體重下降有可能嗎?
7-11裡面賣的統一無糖豆漿
晚餐喝可以嗎?
蘋果吃多了會不會便秘?
因為我會不正常的便秘
然後我爬過很多文 查了很久
怎麼有人說早上喝冰開水會刺激腸子會大便?
到底要喝溫水還是冰水?
早餐吃什麼比較會大變
鳳梨該晚上吃還是中午吃?
火龍果有比較有用嗎?

如果早晚各一瓶藍色養樂多這樣呢?
