[問題] 菜單待批~~
我的身高:166
體重:51
BMI:18.7
早餐:三明治+無糖豆漿
午餐:炒麵(漢堡盒)OR起士貝果OR肉包1顆
鳳梨六分之一片
點心:蘇打餅乾4片+飲料500CC(珍奶OR綠茶)
晚餐:7-11熱狗一支+西瓜4大片+荔枝10粒+小蘋果1粒
我目標是想讓曲線更好看,下半身有點腫,一個星期會
做Lafit美體車(類似空中腳踏車)40min,會有點喘且滿身
大汗。因為我本身很愛吃水果,怕晚上的水果量過多,大家
可以給我一些建議嗎?但假日回家會吃比較多一些。
