[待批] 飲食這樣會瘦嗎?
我覺得自己念書以後真的變胖很多。
其實最主要是大學四年胖了將近十公斤,整個很胖!
於是下定決心要減肥了!
早餐: 香蕉一根
午餐: 乾麵小碗
晚餐: 冬粉 青菜的滷味
運動量: 去健身房跑了將近一個小時,滿身大汗才回來的。
約消耗了300的卡路里。(參考機器上的數字)
我的目標是一個星期兩公斤,不知道有哪一些地方需要修改?
或是哪邊需要加強! 祝大家都變瘦,穿衣服都很漂亮! ^^
