[待批] 實行幾天了.又變胖了
從4/8號開始我開始吃這個菜單 之前沒正常吃反而達不到減肥目的(被板上糾正)
但我現在正常吃又飆到51了
有到基代阿 為啥反而變胖 50.4到51
早餐: 肉鬆土司+蛋 +500c.c水 (大概6:30吃)
中餐: 米粉+番茄蛋+一包水果(外面賣得那種)+500c.c溫水 (11:30吃)
晚餐:1/2白飯+燙青菜+一包水果+500c.c水(17:30吃)
4/9跳有氧1hr
4/10 4/11 4/12 4/13 都去健身中心跑步機跑1hr
晚上在家裡作空中腳踏車>500下
怎麼又變胖了...
