[問題] 請問會因為運動很勤而瘦很大嘛?
我已經被體重嚇到了
接下來要瘋狂的運動了
如果之前一天是30分鐘有氧 (其實也就是跑步)
接下來想要一天90分鐘 分三個時段騎BIKE
然後搭配不吃澱粉 政策
請問這樣子會給他瘦比較快嘛
想再開學前瘦下來
瘦身速度會不會有一天一定的配額???
就過了就不會再累積了
因為買了X-BIKE 想說可以邊看電影邊騎了
一天騎上兩小時我看都不是問題吧?!
