鍛鍊 lower abs & obliques

(這是我去年在我自己網誌上記的 ^^",既然講到練下腹的運動,就拿出來分享囉)
有一堂拳擊有氧,之後接著是 abs & back,老師是 Shane, 我就去了。
Shane的課我上過一次,很操,可是看她本人跳拳擊實在很享受,
她很瘦,可是肌肉線條很漂亮,每個出拳踢腳動作都美到不行,
還有一點,她也很喜歡跟學生哈拉,跟麗莎滿像的,而且班上學生好像不少人她都已經記
得名字了。
而且她很特別的是,她會用 "babies" 叫我們: That's it, babies! Great job,
babies! Work it out babies!
上她的課,非常熱血。才熱身不到十分鐘,我就覺得汗流浹背,
跳完以後照鏡子,高高綁起的馬尾濕了三分之一,好像蘸了水的毛筆。XD
然後是Abs & Back,
老師教到兩個動作
動作一,是可以鍛鍊 lower abs, 也就是我們說的小腹啦
躺在墊子上, 膝蓋往外面翻、碰觸地板,兩腳腳踝併攏,
所以由上往下俯瞰腿是成一個菱形

然後做仰臥起坐 (crunches)
兩手放頭後,提起上半身,用肚子的力量帶而不是用手肘
動作二,是可以鍛鍊obliques, 消 love handles 也就是我們說的游泳圈
跟剛剛的動作一樣,只是把右腳翻過去疊在左腳上
所以腳就變成ㄑ字形
然後一樣做crunches,
之後再換邊。
以上是技術部分,
可是我的重點是她一邊教動作的時候一邊閒聊講的話
她說:
有人問我說要怎麼鍛鍊 lower abs, 怎麼消掉肚子上的pooch (? 不確定這是哪個字)
如果你問我的話,我首先會說,
如果你有pooch, maybe it's supposed to be there.
(這時聽到同學有人在歡呼)
它不是你們的敵人啊。They're not your enemy! (又聽到歡呼)
可是如果it's not supposed to be there, here's a cue for you:
做這個(動作一)會有用,即使你沒感覺到the burn,它還是有練到。
然後做到動作二,
她又繼續說了,
這個 love handle 也是一樣的道理,這樣做會有用
可是你問我的話,
they're just a product of some good time.
Some good eating. Some cocktail on Girl's night out. Party at the pub.
Maybe you indulged yourselves a little bit,
but there's nothing wrong with that.
我很喜歡Shane講的這兩段話,
我們都非常錙銖計較肚子上腰側的那塊肉,
可是如果換個角度想,
"they're just a product of some good time."
"they're not your enemy"
不要那麼計較,看開一點,這樣心情也會比較好過吧!
